Ilan E. Belokon is a native New Yorker hailing from the afamed borough of Brooklyn. If you couldn't tell from this website he has never coded before in his life, in fact the most coding he has done was accidently clicking inspect on a website which somehow consequentially led to the shutdown of his fathers computer. However, while desperatly attending a class in computer programming at Parson's School of Design ,where he is a Communication Design Major, Ilan has gained some programming knowledge. As encouraging as this is, so much so that he feels it is enough to tackle his own website head on, let's hope it doesn't crash.
